what's working

A lot of people are feeling like B2B growth is hard right now.

I have 50k LinkedIn followers and have posts with less than 1k impressions.

the value of owning your audience has never been clearer.

but just say you don’t already have a big list.

what should you do to get clients + customers?

my suggestions:

  1. warm up a bunch of domains. it used to be very annoying to set up cold email. now with domain providers it’s trivially easy.

  2. map your tam and get their emails. this is easy now with all the data providers.

  3. figure out who’s active on linkedin and hit them there.

  4. figure out who’s not and hit them on email with a well-personalized, valuable offer.

  5. make lead magnets, post them, and boost them as ads to fuel all of the above.

this will always work.

linkedin wants you to run ads.

cold email, done well, is still effective.

exchanging value for contact info is a tale as old as time.

the only thing that’s changed is that content alone doesn’t cut it anymore.

you need to build the funnel.

if you want to build this funnel with me in 4 weeks with a bunch of great agency + saas founders, reply BOOTCAMP to this email.
