weekly wins

Got a bunch of wins this week from my group:

  • Someone I hadn’t seen in a while showed up to a workshop and is now consistently crushing lead magnets with 500+ comments each.

  • People have been signing clients left right and center in the program

  • My AI workshop went well.

I think my focus is becoming clear. It’s not just “build a system that delivers leads on demand” - you need to deal with the subtle complexities of running a B2B business.

One of the key things I think I do well is diagnose situations and prescribe clear outcomes for any given person.

The onboarding calls are a really critical piece.

Funnily enough a month of the program + a 30 minute onboarding call is actually cheaper than 30 minutes of my time at my usual hourly rate.

But I think it sets people on such a clear path that it’s totally worth it.

I love getting to know the group and it’s shaping up to be a very positive and robust community.

There’s a variety of levels in my program and it’s great to see the amount of knowledge sharing going on.

It’s also getting to a size where people are able to help each other in the group, which is amazing.

We are at 42 active members now.

I would like to get to 50.
