Last week had a lead mag blow up for the first time in a while.

In 2026, to get clients, agency owners will need to:
Post new lead mags consistently
Use email and DMs to start conversations
Boost your posts as ads to get in front of your exact perfect audinece
Build a machine to manage it all so you don’t go insane
As content alone continues to underperform and “GTM engineering” becomes a trendy topic, systems building becomes the thing that you absolutely have to do.
It’s cool because a lot of agency owners are very technical and analytical when they do services for their clients, but when it comes to sales you’re kind of winging it and just doing random stuff.
If you start thinking of your own go-to-market as a channel you have to run, and your agency as a client, you’ll all of a sudden start building better systems.
