The Real Reason Only Some Agencies Hit $100K+

Hey there!

Just saw one of my coaching students post the simplest LinkedIn content I’ve ever come across.

No flashy graphics.

No AI tools.

No overthinking.

And it absolutely crushed.

While others in the program were still “perfecting their strategy,” Evan was already 10 posts deep

Figuring out what actually works by doing the work.

I get it. I used to be the person who needed everything to be flawless before hitting publish.

(Spoiler: my early posts were anything but perfect.)

After scaling my agency to $300k/month and helping 300+ agency owners scale to $100k+/month from LinkedIn, here are the biggest lessons I’ve learned:

  • LinkedIn is changing fast (2023-2024 has been a rollercoaster).

  • Your “perfect” strategy will be outdated before you even start.

  • While you’re planning, others are learning from actual results.

  • The market rewards action, not perfection.

Another student, Chirag, posted his first piece of content during our first week of training.

Got 3 inbound leads just from 1 POST!!

By the end of the program, he was getting highly qualified weekly inbound leads.

(Pretty sweet, right?)

Here’s what you really need to succeed:

  • The knowledge you already have (it’s more than enough).

  • A simple posting system.

  • A bank of content ideas (I’ll help with that).

  • The guts to hit publish.
