LinkedIn is now TikTok

LinkedIn’s gone full TikTok.

Doesn’t matter how many connections you have. If your content sucks, no one's seeing it.

The top 1% of posts get almost all the views.

It's because right now, LinkedIn is rewarding one thing: high-engagement content.

The kind that gets people commenting like crazy.

And the easiest way to trigger that? Lead magnets

Not some boring “Ultimate Guide” no one actually reads. Not a PDF buried in someone’s downloads folder. A real asset people actually want.

The ones I see crushing it right now:

  • Authority posts (your best industry insights)

  • Case studies (real proof, real results)

  • How-to content (stuff that actually helps people)

The formula is simple:

More comments = more reach.

More reach = more leads.

But if your lead magnet isn’t worth at least $100, don’t bother. Nobody’s getting excited over your free checklist.

Some proof for ya here:

Want to learn the exact system that's generating consistent 6-figure months for our clients?

Step 1: Watch my YouTube breakdown. I show the full system—what to post, how to structure your lead magnet, and how to turn comments into clients.

(While you're there, hit subscribe unless you enjoy making LinkedIn harder than it needs to be.)

Step 2: Book a call. I’ll walk you through how to apply this to your agency and scale to $100K/month.

Cheers,

Tim

P.S. LinkedIn’s basically handing out free traffic (aka leads) to anyone who plays the game right. Wait too long, and you’ll be that person saying, “Wow, I should’ve done this months ago.”
