Find Hidden $$$ Between Your Calls

Agency owners often say they "don't have the time" to write consistently.

Let’s call that what it is: BS.

You do have the time. You do have the ideas.

You just don’t realize it yet.

Take this scenario:

If you're an agency owner, you're attending a ton of calls left and right—there's no escaping that.

Your 11:00am call ends at 11:23, leaving 7 minutes before your 11:30 starts.

Maybe you:

Take that topic and write the worst, messiest, most half-baked draft imaginable in those 7 minutes.

Think of it as your content MVP.

Then, at a different time, whether it’s after lunch, in the evening, or even tomorrow—go back and clean it up.

→ By the end of the day, you’ll have several rough posts.

→ By the end of the week, you’ll have a stack of relevant, high-value content ready to go.

Here’s how to get even more out of this process:

1️⃣ Keep a notebook (or open a doc) nearby during every call.

2️⃣ Whenever you give feedback, answer a question, or share a strategy, jot it down.

3️⃣ After each call, take 1-2 minutes to reflect on anything you might’ve missed and add it to your notes.

Once you have your drafts, you can even use AI to help polish and structure your posts.

The key is, though, your unique thoughts, tone, and knowledge should always be front and center.

This way, your posts won’t look like those cringey, AI-generated, copy-pasted ones.

They’ll still sound like YOU

Over time:

→ Notes turn into posts.

→ Posts turn into leads.

→ Leads turn into revenue.

Your time between calls is your hidden goldmine.
