Do You Need Templates?
Sitting here watching a student's LinkedIn post climb past 10k views.
It took them 4 minutes to write it.
Not because they're some writing genius. They just used one of my templates.
Look, many spend hours crafting "perfect" LinkedIn posts.
They try to:
Bring out their personality.
Please everyone and talk to everyone.
Believe that simply being valuable will bring a ton of leads.
WRONG
LinkedIn has changed.
It is not enough to just share valuable insights anymore. The algorithm now rewards posts that fit into specific frameworks and if you are not playing by these new rules, you are making it harder than it needs to be.
And it is not your fault. No one teaches this stuff.
Here's what I discovered:
• LinkedIn's algorithm loves specific writing structures
• Top creators use the same templates over and over
• You can swap in your expertise while keeping the viral format
• Even "It's impossible to..." posts follow a template
I've spent months studying what works. Analyzed 100+ viral posts. Built a swipe file. Created a template generator. And now I'm ready to share it all.
My students are seeing real results:
"Tim's templates helped me go from 2 likes per post to consistently hitting 100+ in just a week" - Sarah K.
"Got my first viral post using the 'It's impossible' template. 2,300 likes and counting" - Marcus R.
Think of these templates like recipes. The structure is proven - you just add your unique ingredients.
Want the exact templates I use?
You can get them here.
Cheers,
Tim
P.S. The template generator picks formats based on your content type. No more guessing what structure to use.
