Automation On LinkedIn
I talk about LinkedIn lead magnets all the time in my free Skool community, on LinkedIn itself, and even in my paid coaching program.
And you know what people always ask me?
“How am I supposed to send everyone the magnet manually?”
It’s a LEGIT problem.
Last month, I posted a lead magnet and 2000 people commented asking for access.
Two thousand.
I’m beyond grateful, but let’s be real. How was I supposed to keep up with that?
Because, you can’t just automate everything on LinkedIn.
And the last thing you want is to risk your account.
But over the years, I’ve tested a bunch of workflows and tools to make this process faster, easier, and safe.
Here are my go-to tools:
This one’s a solid pick if you’re okay with taking it slow. It scrapes engagement and sends personalized DMs to your first-degree connections. Sure, it’s not lightning-fast, but it gets the job done without any drama.
LinkedHelper
This is a desktop app, which makes it safer to use. It pulls engagement data, enriches emails, and pushes everything to a webhook. The enrichment isn’t perfect, but it works. I usually send an email immediately and follow up with a cold email that includes the resource.
Phantombuster + Clay + LaGrowthMachine
This is the Cadillac setup. Phantombuster extracts engagement data, Clay enriches the emails (best coverage, hands down), and LaGrowthMachine automates the outreach. It’s pricey, but if you’re looking for speed and scale, this is the way to go.
And for good measure, I always reply to comments with the link and even update the post to include it.
This keeps things transparent and ensures everyone’s opted in before they get anything.
With the right tools, you can save hours of work and still give people a great experience.
If you want to set this up for yourself book a call with me, and I’ll spend 30 minutes walking you through the entire process step-by-step so you can get started immediately.
Cheers,
Tim
