$40k to $300k/month

Hey there!

I’ll be honest. For months, I felt stuck.

We were grinding away, bringing in $40K a month, but no matter what we tried, we couldn’t break past it.

It wasn’t for lack of effort. We were selling Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO for ecom. The usual stuff. But so was everyone else.

We were just another agency, competing on price. No edge, no differentiation, nothing special.

Something had to change.

That’s when we stopped chasing scraps and decided to create something clients actually needed but weren’t getting anywhere else.

Here’s what we did.

Step 1: Find the offer

We started by asking ourselves some uncomfortable questions:

  • What are we already doing for free?

  • What do we suggest to clients that they never act on?

  • What do our best clients do differently?

The answer was right in front of us: landing pages.

Every client struggled with conversions, and we were already doing that for free anyways. So why not making it a standalone offer?

Step 2: Test it

We pitched the idea to a trusted client and didn’t charge a dime.

It was to prove we could solve a real pain point and figure out how to do it better.

It worked. Conversions went up, and the results spoke for themselves.

Step 3: Scale it

Once we had proof, we built systems to make it easy to deliver.

We turned it into a recurring revenue model and promoted the hell out of it. LinkedIn, emails, partnerships—wherever our clients were, we showed up.

It worked.

$40K/month became $300K/month. Not overnight, but a hell of a lot faster than I thought possible.

The takeaway is that you don’t have to reinvent your whole business.

Just stop selling what everyone else is selling. Solve the problems your clients actually care about. And make it repeatable.

That’s how you scale.

P.S. I will be hosting a LinkedIn Live event in March, teaching agency owners how to add $100K MRR to their agencies in 2025.
